Premier Food and Beverages Pty Ltd was formed through the takeover of Ainca with the aim of strengthening the brand portfolio and to respond to today’s market trends. More recently, we secured the agencies for Alb Gold, Bechtle, Melitta coffee and Teekanne tea from Germany, all market leaders in their respective fields.

PFB has an efficient network of interstate distributors as well as wholesalers, and distributes nationally to major supermarkets, continental delicatessens, butchers and specialty shops. We also have our own factory outlet at our warehouse in Glen Waverley.

PFB has an ongoing process of evaluating trends in overseas markets and here, and we are able to react and make necessary adjustments to our portfolio to ensure that we remain relevant and competitive for our customers.

In addition, PFB is committed to importing and distributing its products in climate controlled environments to maintain optimum product freshness. For example, all of our mustards and horseradish are imported in refrigerated containers so they retain their integrity and ‘heat’. If your ‘hot’ mustard isn’t really ‘hot’, you need to try one of ours!

Premier Food and Beverages Pty Ltd is HACCP certified. Our Food Safety Program and HACCP certification means that you can be assured that we monitor and control all of our products from the source to you to ensure maximum quality and compliance to Australian food safety standards.
